  • London Broil
  • 1 Clove Garlic Minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Parsley
  • 1 lb Flank Steak
  • Mix together garlic, parsley, oil and soy sauce rub garlic mixture on steak grill or pan sear the steak cook for 3 to 7 minutes per side or to desired doneness
