Before I started the Wellness Program I would get out of breath very quickly when I walked. Having gone through the program for 6 months, I am now comfortable walking over a mile at a time, and enjoy being outdoors listening to the birds, experiencing the weather, and being a part of nature.
Not only has my stamina improved, but I feel more energized on a day to day basis. This has made a huge impact on my life and I’m just so happy to have had the opportunity to work with Nick. He is very supportive and always encourages me to push myself. I’m also grateful for the opportunity to continue this wonderful program.
