On August 7th, seniors from Spring Hills Hunter’s Creek Assisted Living presented bags filled with school supplies to start a new school year just in time for the first day of school on August 14 to approximately 10 lucky students aged five to 12 years old. The bags included items such as notepads, crayons, markers, tape, pencils, pens, highlighters and more. They also wished the students well by giving them cards with well wishes for the new school year. After receiving these bags, the children and the seniors played back-to-school themed Bingo. The students were part of a group of families from Hunter’s Creek called The Caring Kids.
