Health Benefits of Having Sautéed Tilapia

In honor of National Nutrition Month, we wanted to highlight a meal offered through our Signature Dining program that has incredible benefits for your mental health. Fish, such as tilapia, is full of omega-3 fats, which have been proven to promote healthy brain function. Several studies have also shown that regularly eating fish seems to be vital in protecting the brain into old age and preventing early onset Alzheimer’s disease, as well as dementia.   • Sautéed Tilapia
  • 2 Tablespoons Flour
  • 2 Tablespoons Paprika
  • 1 Tablespoon Onion Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 3 Tablespoon Oil
  • 4 oz Tilapia Fillet
  • Place tilapia fillet in spice mix and pan fry in oil on medium heat until it reaches 145
